Our Impact
Highlights of Our Past Service Projects
Since our founding in November 2021, MAEVE South San Joaquin has been committed to making a positive impact in our community. Through a variety of service projects, we've engaged our members and local partners to support those in need, protect our environment, and strengthen the bonds within our community. From organizing food drives and clothing donations to hosting charity auctions and park cleanups, our efforts reflect the core values that drive our organization.
Clothing & Food Drive for Ray of Hope Children's Center
We organized a clothing and food drive to support Ray of Hope Children's Crisis and Resource Services. Our community came together to donate children's clothing, diapers, formula, and baby food to support programs that help children in need due to homelessness, poverty, or crisis situations.
Earth Day Manuel Valverde Park Cleanup
Concerned about the litter in our local park, we organized a cleanup event at Woodward Park.
Woodward Park Cleanup
In our ongoing efforts to care for our community and the environment, we organized a cleanup event at Manuel Valverde Park in Lathrop.
Senior Gifts for Prestige Senior Living Residents
In December, our moms came together to assemble and deliver 17 gifts for senior residents in the memory care unit at Prestige Senior Living in Manteca.
Food Drive for Hope Family Shelter
We celebrated the official public launch of our chapter by hosting our first official service project—a food and supplies drive for Hope Family Shelter.
