Our Impact
Highlights of Our Past Service Projects
Since our founding in November 2021, MAEVE South San Joaquin has been committed to making a positive impact in our community. Through a variety of service projects, we've engaged our members and local partners to support those in need, protect our environment, and strengthen the bonds within our community. From organizing food drives and clothing donations to hosting charity auctions and park cleanups, our efforts reflect the core values that drive our organization.
Work Clothing Drive for Ray of Hope
Ray of Hope, an organization we had worked closely with before, reached out to us for help collecting women’s business clothing and accessories to support mothers preparing for interviews and new jobs. We organized a group collection and final drop-off on May 2nd at Woodward Park, also accepting donations at our meetups or by arrangement with Tabatha or another board member. Our efforts aimed to help bring stability to these mothers and their children, and everyone was welcome to join us at the park, whether donating or simply attending for a playdate.
