VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Thank you for volunteering to help make our Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser a success! Your time and support play a vital role in creating a fun and meaningful event for our community.
Volunteers will assist with serving breakfast plates, refilling drinks, bussing tables, and helping with other tasks as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly. We kindly ask that all volunteers arrive by 7:45 AM on March 21, 2026 and commit to serving from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please note that all volunteers must be 16 years or older to participate.
To volunteer, kindly fill out the registration form below, and we will be in touch as the date approaches. Note, if the volunteer is under 18 years of age, this form must be filled out and submitted by a legal parent or guardian.
